CTV / Disney Candela consultants were engaged on this project to review and optimise operational processes at Chiswick Park broadcast and production centre. Our consultants were able to identify 'quick fix' business changes which gave immediate time and cost savings to the business. By providing a credible pedigree, our consultants quickly established relationships with the business critical areas of production, identifying areas for improvements in the day to day running of the centre. Longer term process improvement plans were prepared for this client, with a view to establishing a continual process of improvement at the site. BBC Technology - Project Jupiter Candela helped BBC Technology to establish a high profile project which aimed to produce one of the largest media server frameworks the industry had seen. Involved during the project inception, Candela was instrumental in identifying and retaining the key personnel for the project.
